Projects
Projects help organize your work with different social media accounts conveniently. Think of them like separate workspaces where you can set everything up for specific tasks: connect the necessary accounts, set parameters, and adjust settings. You can create projects by clients, cities, advertising campaigns, or any other criteria that suit you best.
For example, for the client "Aeroflot", you can create a project with the same name and connect their social networks—VK, Facebook, Instagram, and others. And for the client "Russian Railways", a separate project with its own set of accounts.
Collaborating with colleagues becomes easier—you can set access only to the necessary projects, maintaining control and order.
Upon registration, a "Personal Project" is automatically created, which can be renamed and customized to your own tasks.
Project management
To access the list of projects, click on the logo in the top left corner of the screen. In the "Projects" section, you can add, edit, and delete projects.
- Adding: Click "Create Project", enter the name, time zone, select a color, and save the changes.
- Editing: Click on the pencil icon, make your changes, and save them.
- Deleting: Click on the trash can icon, then confirm deletion.
Project time zone
Each project can have its own time zone. This is necessary for posts to be published at the correct time—for example, by the client’s time, your team's time, or the region the project is set for.
If you manage several projects for different clients from different cities, each can have its own time zone.
For example:
- the "Aeroflot" project is set to Moscow time (UTC+3),
- the "Russian Railways" project is set to Novosibirsk time (UTC+7).
When you switch between projects, the project's time is always displayed in the upper left corner of the screen. This helps you stay oriented and know exactly when posts will go live—without the need to calculate manually.
Suppose you are in Novosibirsk but are working on a project for a client from Moscow. If the project is set to Moscow time, you will see that the post is scheduled for 1:00 PM Moscow time, and this time will be displayed the same for all project participants, wherever they are.
Where you can set or change the time zone
When creating a project—in the settings window.
For an existing project—in the "Settings" section, the "Time zone" item.
This is especially handy when collaborating in a distributed team or managing projects in different regions and countries.
