Why the account may not display when connecting
If the desired VK community or profile does not appear in the list when trying to connect an account, it may be due to the following reasons:
- You are not subscribed to the community you want to connect. Simply subscribe to it, then refresh the page and try again.
- Administrator rights were granted recently. Sometimes you need to wait a bit for VK to synchronize the information. Usually, the community appears in the list after a few hours.
- Insufficient rights. Check that you have administrative rights, not the role of an editor or a restricted moderator.
- You are logged in to a different VK account. Make sure you are logged into the profile through which you manage the desired community.
