Text editor capabilities

The text editor provides various formatting tools whose availability depends on the supported features of each social network. Formatting will only appear if the platform supports it.

For example, if you do not have a connected account in Telegram, the spoiler feature will not be available, as this feature is implemented exclusively for Telegram. If a format is unavailable, it means that the selected social network does not support it.

However, even if a certain format is available, its display may vary depending on the social network.

Important to know​

Before publishing the text, be sure to check it in the preview. We strive to make the display 1:1 with social networks, but if you have highlighted the text in bold, and it has not changed in the preview, it means that the social network does not support such formatting. All available functions are implemented in accordance with platform capabilities.

How does it work?​

Text formatting​

Select the desired fragment, after which a formatting menu will appear where you can choose a style: bold, italic, underlined, strikethrough, ||spoiler||, code, or quote.

List formatting​

To format a list, highlight several lines and use one of the buttons: numbered list, where lines are automatically numbered, or bulleted list, where dots or other markers are added before the lines.

You can also create a list manually: at the beginning of the line, put -, *, 1., or an emoji, then a space, enter the text, and press Enter—the new line will automatically continue the list in the same format.

To add a link, highlight the text, press the link button (paperclip icon), enter the URL, and save. Be sure to check the text in the preview before publishing to ensure that the link displays correctly.

Typography​

Typography helps make the text more professional by automatically correcting quotes, dashes, and other formatting elements. To use this feature, enable the "Typography" module in the Modules and integrations section or press the "T" button in the editor for instant auto-formatting.

Spell check​

Spell check helps improve text perception by eliminating possible errors. To check the text, click the "A" icon in the editor.

After checking, all found errors will be highlighted, and a correction option will be offered for each. In addition, you can familiarize yourself with the relevant Russian language rules through the provided links.

Common errors​

VKontakte supports links only to the domain vk.com. If the link leads to another site, it will not work. This can be seen in the preview.
