Notifications
Postmypost enables you to receive notifications about various events—from the status of publications to new comments and messages. Notifications can be set up via email, on Telegram—as personal messages from a bot or in a group—and as push notifications directly in the Postmypost interface. This helps you receive information promptly and manage processes efficiently.
Managing user notifications
You can manage your personal notifications by clicking the bell icon and then the gear icon.
If you want to set up notifications for users invited to a project, go to the "Team" section, click the “...” icon next to the user, and select “Notifications”. Each user automatically gets access to notifications based on their project access level.
Managing general notifications
In the "Notifications" section, you can add, edit, and delete notifications for the selected project.
- Adding: Go to project settings, open the "Notifications" section, click "Create", select the necessary notifications, and specify the delivery channel (email, Telegram).
- Editing: In the "Notifications" section, click the pencil icon, make changes, and save them.
- Deleting: In the "Notifications" section, click the trash icon, then confirm deletion.

- In the "Email" field, specify the email address where notifications will be sent.
- Below, check the types of events for which you want to receive notifications (in our case, "New comment" and others).

Telegram notifications

- Copy the code from the "Token" line (/connect (code)).
- Next, open Telegram and find the bot "PostmypostBot", then send the bot the message specified in the connection window "/connect (code)".
- After receiving a message from the bot about successful connection, click "Check connection" in the add notifications window.
- Below, check the types of events for which you wish to receive notifications.
- Click "Save".
Notifications to a Telegram group
This feature will allow everyone in a Telegram group to see notifications, enabling more prompt responses to new events.
- Open Telegram, add the bot "PostmypostBot" as an administrator to the group where notifications are to be sent.
- Select "Telegram group" in the "Send notifications via" field.
- After selecting "Telegram group," you will see a special message in the "Token" field (/connect (code)) that needs to be written in the group with the already added bot "PostmypostBot".
- Copy the code from the "Token" line (/connect (code)).
- Next, open Telegram and send the previously copied token to your Telegram group with the already added bot "PostmypostBot".
- After receiving a message from the bot about successful connection, Click "Check connection" in the add notifications window. If everything is successful, you will see the group's name in the "Account" field.
- Below, check the types of events for which you want to receive notifications.
- Click "Save".
