Signatures are text templates that can be inserted into every project post. This is convenient. Example. For promotional posts, you can add all contact information and a call to action in the signature. You can come up with your own way of using signatures.
Managing signatures
In the "Signatures" section, you can add, edit, and delete signatures for quick use in publications.
- Adding: go to the project settings, open the "Signatures" section, click "Create", specify the name and text of the signature. After saving, it will be available in the publication editor.
- Editing: in the "Signatures" section, click on the pencil icon, make changes, and save them.
- Deleting: in the "Signatures" section, click on the trash icon, then confirm deletion.

How to use signatures in the editor?
Once signatures are created, they can be inserted into the text of a post or the first comment.
- In the publication editor, click on the pen icon next to the post or comment text input field.
- In the opened menu, select the desired signature.
- Click on it, and the signature will be inserted into the selected field — post or comment.
