User is not a business account on Instagram
This error occurs if you try to use features available only to business accounts or creator accounts on Instagram, but your account is personal.
Possible reasons
When connecting the account to our service, it was previously a business account or a creator account, but then its type was changed back to personal.
What to do?
- Open Instagram settings and make sure your account has the correct type. More details: “How to change Instagram account type and which one is needed for publishing”.
- If the account is personal, switch it to a business account or a creator account.
- After changing the account type, reconnect it to the service.
