No available accounts to connect

Each social network supports connecting specific types of accounts. If there are no available accounts to connect in your profile, they might be missing, or you may not have sufficient rights to use them.

Possible reasons

  • Your account does not have rights to manage pages, groups, or channels.
  • There are no pages, groups, or channels in the social network that support connecting to the service.

What to do?

  • Go to the "Channels" section of the service and check which types of accounts can be connected.
  • Check settings in the social network — make sure you have access to manage pages, groups, or channels.
